I have extensive knowledge in biomechanics and biology that helps drive my decision making when it come to what treatments are the best path forward to bring my clients the most results. But your experience matters more than anything else. We will never apply a technique just because a book or study says it should work. Your report and experience in your own body is the biggest determining factor of whether we are creating an environment primed for real and sustainable change. My therapy practice involves pulling from different manual theories and applications as well as what you tell me is working and not working.
