Preston is a lifelong athlete, coach, and manual therapist with more than eight years of experience helping individuals improve movement quality, enhance performance, and remain consistent in their training. His athletic background includes powerlifting, endurance running, and bodybuilding, providing him with a broad understanding of the physical demands faced by both athletes and active adults. He holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and brings a combination of formal education, coaching experience, and practical athletic insight to his work at PREFORM.



Integrative Massage Therapy
At PREFORM, the guiding philosophy is simple: do what works.
My approach is informed by a strong foundation in biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology, which helps guide clinical decision-making and shape the treatment plan. But just as important as theory is your lived experience. The way your body responds matters more than what any book, study, or technique says should work.
That means treatment is never one-size-fits-all. I draw from a range of manual therapy approaches and adjust based on your feedback, your presentation, and what is actually creating meaningful change. Sessions may incorporate methods such as cupping, scraping, Thai massage, neuromuscular work, myofascial techniques, and other evidence-informed applications of anatomy and physiology.
At PREFORM, there are no add-ons. The session is the session. The goal is always to use the most appropriate combination of tools and techniques to help you move better, feel better, and create results that last.

Each plan is tailored to your goals, schedule, and training background, then progressed week to week using clear effort targets and measurable benchmarks. The training blends strength development with physique-focused methods, strategic rep ranges, targeted muscle work, and intelligent conditioning so you build muscle, improve shape, and stay consistent.
